Inis B. “Mickey” (Cottrel) Kindel, age 72 of Victory Avenue, Grafton, WV passed away Saturday, October 14, 2017 at her residence, surrounded by her family.
She was born on May 9, 1945 in Birch River, WV, a daughter of the late Victor Calvin and Daisy (Criss) Cottrell.

She is survived by her beloved husband of 53 years, William F. Kindel; two children, Angela L. Gainer of Independence, WV and William F. Kindel, Jr., and wife Dawn of Elkridge, MD; seven grandchildren, Damon, Corey, Ryan, Trevlin, Chelsie, Emily and Katie; three great-grandchildren, Miles, Grace, and Parker; one brother, Harley E. Cottrell of Barberton, OH; one sister, Eula M. Thomas of Orlando, FL; and also survived by several aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by two brothers, Allen Cottrell and Richard Cottrell.

Mickey was a beloved wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, and sister to her family.
She enjoyed reading, gardening, cooking, sewing, and her cats.
She was Baptist by faith.

The family will receive friends at the Donald G. Ford Funeral Home in Grafton on Wednesday, October 18th, 2017 from 10:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m.
Funeral services will be held at the funeral home on Wednesday, Oct. 18, 2017 at
1:00 p.m. with Rev. David Spence officiating.
Interment will follow at the WV National Cemetery in Pruntytown.
