Dennie Ivan Bolyard, age 75 of Nector Street , Grafton , WV passed away Saturday, March 31, 2018 at the Ruby Memorial Hospital in Morgantown, WV

He was born November 17, 1942 in Grafton, a son of the late Dorsey Warden Bolyard and Dorothy Margaret (Boylen) Gainer.

He is survived by his wife, Mary Ann (Tyler) Bolyard of Grafton, two daughters, Shannon F. Robinson and husband Joe of Grafton, Sheri Y. Handley and son-in-law Doug Handley of Fairmont; one son, Dennie Keith Bolyard of Grafton, WV; nine grandchildren, Tyler, Breez, Roxanne, Ceicei, Mia, Dillon, Jatanna, Zach, and Krista; one sister, Doris Hershman of Grafton; and also survived by several nieces and nephews.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by one son, Randall Wade Bolyard and two brothers, Kerry and Dorsey Alvin Bolyard

Ivan worked as a truck driver for Oster Trucking Co. out of Fairmont, WV and worked several years for Greyhound Bus Company.

He was a member of the Beulah Baptist Church and the Grafton Lodge #15 AF&AM.

The family will receive friends at the Donald G. Ford Funeral Home in Grafton on Wednesday, April 4th from 4:00-8:00 p.m. and from 10:00 a.m. until the funeral hour on Thursday.
Funeral services will be held at the funeral home on Thursday, April 5, 2018 at 11:00 a.m. with
Rev. David R. Bess officiating.
Interment will follow at the Mt. Pleasant Cemetery in Thornton.
