Condolence: Larry and Donna, family. Praying that God will comfort your heart, uplift your spirit, and carry you through this time of sadness to a place of peace. Lela was a great lady and an even greater Christian! You are all in my thoughts and prayers.

Condolence From: Brett Simons
Condolence: Nana was one of my favorite people ever. From chasing her around the house with my Gene Simmons doll (and the trips to the Dairy Mart to buy KISS and Star Wars cards) to having pepperoni rolls and Diet 7up during a Saturday afternoon Mountaineer game to her backing me up when I wanted to run away when Dad wouldn't buy me a Star Wars figure. (BTW, I think she may have bought me one to help convince me to stick around ;) I am sad that my wife never got to meet her, but I will love and remember so many of the thousands of things that made Nana, Nana. I remember when I got older travelling in from Shepherdstown to see her and her face when she'd open the door. I will miss her immensely.

Condolence From: Traci Simons Infante
Condolence: This is such a devastating loss to our family, as Nana was such a significant part of my childhood. I have so many wonderful memories of making pepperoni rolls, walks to the park by the river, her and Granddads's visits to DC, the Thanksgiving's and Christmas's we spent together and swimming at the camp. I loved spending weeks in the summer at their house, in the green room and taking baths in her tub. I loved her pink soap.
Although it has been quite some time since I've seen her, it does not change the love and memories that I will forever cherish.
Sadly, as adults, we get so wrapped up in work, kids sports and the chaos of everyday life that we grow apart from the ones that we love. Losing Nana is a painful reminder to make family a priority. I wish she could've met her great-granddaughters before she left us, but I know that she will watch over all of her grandchildren, great-grandchildren, family and friends. She is with Granddad now and at peace.
All of my love-Traci Simons Infante (granddaughter)

Condolence: I wish you peace and comfort during this time of sorrow. (2 Corinthians 1:2, 3) The
Bible gives true hope of being reunited again with your loved one. (John 5:28, 29) The
Bible promises that your loved one will soon come back to life in the resurrection in
the paradise on the earth. (Acts 24:15)

Sincerely,
