Condolence: I belong to Santa Clara de Asis Catholic parish in Yorba Linda, CA. It is the Memorial Day custom to especially honor the Military Men and Women who have died during the past year. I drew the slip commemorating Command Sgt. Maj. Timothy Bolyard. I was first of all struck with the coincidence that my son shares the rank of Sgt. Maj. and that Timothy was also born in the 1970s. We are all grateful for his devoted service and bravery. I will be offering special prayers for Timothy, his loved ones, and for a world living at peace.
