Norma Lee (Murphy) Jaco, age 87 of formerly of Newlon St., Grafton, WV passed away Saturday, November 17, 2018 at Rosewood Health Care Center.
She was born the daughter of the late Roscoe Marple Murphy and Dessie Mae (Davis) Murphy.
She is survived by two sons, David Lee Jaco of Ormond Beach, Fl. And Keith A. Jaco and wife Beverly Jaco of Grafton, WV; two grandchildren: Matthew K. Jaco and wife Alexandria Jaco of Antioch, Tn.,and Karli E. Jaco also of Grafton; one great grandson, Zane Matthew Jaco of Antioch, Tn.; one niece, Judy Neal; one nephew, Mark Neal both of Charleston, WV; and also survived by several cousins.
Norma was preceded in death by her beloved husband, David Warden Jaco Jr. who passed away January 9, 2012 and one sister, Gladys Neal.
She graduated from Grafton High School with the Class of 1948.
She retired from the First National Bank of Grafton where she worked as a teller. She was a member of the Fetterman United Methodist Church, Naomi Chapter #12 O.E.S., United Methodist Women’s Club, Modern Woodmen of the World, and the Grafton Women’s Club.
The family will receive friends at the Donald G. Ford Funeral Home on Tuesday, November 20th from 2:00-8:00 p.m. and from 10:00 until the funeral hour on Wednesday.
Funeral services will be held at the funeral home on Wednesday, November 21, 2018 at 11:00 a.m. with Pastor Jimmy Johnson officiating.
Interment will follow at the Woodsdale Memorial Park in Grafton, WV.
