Obituary for Troy Donald Quesenberry
Troy D. Quesenberry, age 57 of Grafton, passed away Monday, March 2, 2015 at his residence.
He was born March 30, 1957 in Radford, VA a son of Donald B. and Shirley (Richards) Quesenberry of Riner, VA
He is survived by his wife Josephine (Romano) Quesenberry; three sisters, Vida Quesenberry, Ellen Akers, both of Riner, VA and Vicky Via, of Check, VA.
Troy was a veteran of the US Air Force from 1975-1979 where he worked as a jet engine mechanic at Luke Air Force Base in Phoenix, AZ. He then continued working for the government after his military service at North Island NAS in San Diego, CA also as a jet engine mechanic, until 1989 when he and Josephine moved to WV and he became an avid hunter and fisherman.
There will be no funeral home visitation.
A military graveside service will be conducted at the WV National Cemetery on Monday, March 9, 2015 at 1:00 p.m. with the Taylor County Honor Guard and Wright-Patterson Air Force Base Honor Guard.
