Shirley Ann  Rosier (Newlon)
Shirley Ann (Newlon) Rosier, 76, of Grafton passed away on May 25th at her home in the company of her loving family. She was born March 7th, 1939 in Grafton, the daughter of the late John H. and Mary L. Newlon.
Shirley is survived by her loving husband of 59 years, Robert Allen Rosier; three daughters: Nancy Ann Wyckoff (fiancé Mick Elsey) of Grafton, Lisa Marie (Samuel Pareso) of Pittsburgh, PA, Bobbie Sue (Kenneth Montgomery) of Grafton; 6 grandchildren: Timothy and Mary Wyckoff, Eric and Hayley Wyckoff, Samantha Suzanne Pareso, Anthony Pareso, Abigail Montgomery and Jacob Montgomery and 2 great grandchildren: Savannah and Jefferey David Wyckoff; one sister: Marie Newlon; many nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents, Shirley was preceded in death by three brothers: William, Carl and Jessie Newlon; two sisters: Margaret Newlon and Linda Arnold; one son-in-law, Jefferey Wyckoff.
As well as her loving family Shirley and her husband created a great legacy of entrepreneurship done in a style that was nurturing, sustainable and responsible. She touched many lives in her 76 years whether it was cutting and threading pipe for customers at Taylor County Supply, raising cattle at the family farm or building Beulahland Personal Care Home. Shirley was admired and loved by all with whom she interacted. Her legacy will continue in the hearts of those that she touched setting an example for others to emulate.

The family will receive friends at the Donald G. Ford Funeral Home in Grafton on Wednesday, May 27th from 4:00-8:00 p.m. and from 10:00 a.m. until the funeral hour on Thursday.
Funeral services will be held at the funeral home on Thursday, May 28, 2015 at 11:00 a.m. with Pastor Bert Coffman officiating.
Interment will follow at the WV National Cemetery in Pruntytown.
