Kassandra “Kassy” Freeze, age 37, of Grafton, WV passed away Thursday, December 17, 2015 at Ruby Memorial Hospital in Morgantown.
She was born April 4, 1978 in Philippi, WV a daughter of Karl W. and Tammy J. (Roach) Freeze of
Grafton.

She is survived by Maternal Grandparents: Cara D. (Criss) Roach of Grafton and the late Fred L Roach.
Paternal Grandparents: Gerald W. “Bill” Freeze of Grafton and the late Kathleen “Peggy” Freeze.

She was a member of the First Christian Church of Grafton.
Kassy enjoyed her family, fishing, hunting and life in general.

The family will receive friends at the Donald G. Ford Funeral Home in Grafton on Sunday , December 20, 2015 from 3:00 to 8:00 p.m. and Monday, December 21 from 10:00a.m. until the funeral hour.
Funeral services will be held at the funeral home Monday, December 21, 2015 at 11:00 a.m. with Lay Minister James Arnold officiating. Interment will follow at the Woodsdale Memorial Park in Grafton.
