Condolence From: Linda Everson Rutherford
Condolence: My maternal Grandfather was Bill Stevens (brother of John Stevens) and his wife (my maternal grandmother), Minnie M. (Grimm) Stevens, was a sister of Etta Grimm Stevens. Stevens brothers married Grimm sisters. My mother is Gladys Stevens Everson. She recalls her family always went to Uncle John and Aunt Etta's farm and were closest to this part of the Stevens family because of the double relationship. Mother grew up with cousin Opal and has always kept in touch throughout the years visiting and talking on the phone. We were sorry to learn of her passing. Sending sympathy, prayers and love.

Condolence: It's so sad to hear of the passing of a
Aunt Opal's. She was always a constant figure in our childhood and adulthood. She was always a beacon of Life family and love to all of us. Heaven gained an angel. She leaves us with some of the best memories as a child and as an adult!
